Are redheads really more tempermental or is that a myth? What do redheads say?

I had an Irish redheaded roommate once. He was a real nice guy, but when he got drunk, which he did often, he was very erratic. He would spend all of his money on others but sometimes he could get violent. He was always ashamed and apologetic of his behavior after he sobered up.
