Is my appeal letter good?

As a college admissions adviser I am very impressed with your letter. Taking ownership of the situation was the right move ! Since UT is not a competitive school, I would be fairly certain they will consider admission for you. Please keep in mind though that it all depends on who looks at it. Good Luck to you !
