Some weirdo took a picture of me. What can he do?

hes just some ould with nothing better to do than spy on his neighbours and make complaints to the council. some sad old tosser that lives alone with a dog and 20 cats. dont even think about what hes upto. if he goes to the cops i think they'll just humour him, give him a cup of tea and usher him and his stench out as quickly as they can.
