Can someone please help me with my essay?

I think it's bad because as a student, I get super burnt out. Without a long break, I stop caring about school. A few days of break is nice, but it never allows you to fully let go, if that makes sense. I know that people say we'll learn more, forget less, but you have to allow for the fact that WE GET TIRED TOO. Also, lengthening the school year requires money, which we do not have as a country right now. Before we elongate the school year, let's work on the efficiency of our teachers! So many teachers have to teach to a test, meaning they care less about individual success, and more about getting that "good score" on the achievement test or graduation test or college entrance test... whatever it may be. We need to focus more on helping kids CARE about school. We need to teach PRACTICAL things. We need to emphasize the importance of individuality and making good choices. Most of all, we need to stop worrying about how we compare to other countries and worry more about the future of ourselves. Instead of calculus and AP chemistry, why don't we start taking financially geared cles? How about job readiness cles? Or how to interview? I find it amazing that kids my age have no idea how to interview. I've grown up in 4-H, so I've had to do multiple interviews every year since I was eight years old. Finally, how about working on expanding our cultural knowledge? Why don't we have to take religion or culture cles in high school?? Biology and Physics can only get you so far.
