What would you rate my pokemon pearl party?

WHY do u use lendgendarys...i dont understand why people do....there are better non-lendgendary pokmeon out there man...all u have to do is ev train them and theyll be way better....but its a good team im sure youll do good but still theres better pokemon out there...
