How can I get my orchid to regrow?

I got a phalaenopsis orchid in august, it was gorgeous. It had 4 large, very healthy-looking green leaves. As a result of a lack of sunlight in my apartment and forgetful watering, the orchid now has no blooms and the once healthy leaves have now fallen off. Is there any way I can get this orchid to grow again? If so, how?
