so i have been getting these really bad headaches fallowed by a really bad pain on the back of my neck/some kind of neck ache the pain gets so bad that my head starts pounding then the back of my neck gets rock hard and the pain is almost crazy that it makes me throw up its been happing for years now and sometimes it worse then others can any one help me
