Ok, I just purchased some tune from the grocery store. Pretty sure it wasn't sushi grade. Anyway, I seared it on both sides, but the inside was still pretty raw. I went ahead and ate a few bites of it. Then thought, wow, this is dumb, i'm eating tuna that isn't sushi grade, raw. So my question is, will those few small bites make me sick? I don't feel like I'm dying yet. I also made some homeade salsa tonight that was MM MMMM good!
