Just had 7 teeth removed they said I could smoke in 45 minutes. Am I losing it or is that malicous of them?

He really hurt my mouth. The office was rude to me and he slipped taking out the first one and chips went flying everywhere then he said he'd have to shape the bone? Why would he sc my bones if he didnt mess it up? The girls were laughing his t. said wait 24 hours to smoke. I left and when I thought this cant be true I went back in asked receptionist to go ask "the DOCTOR" not the girl and she came back and told me 45 minutes. I could hear the other girls laughing in the background. Are they trying to hurt me? I am in severe pain my whole face is hurting the blood don't stop Why did he sc my bone? Did he make a big error and tried to cover it up by me smokin makin' myself sick so as to cover up his mistake on my bone? What should I do? The bleeding is still very bad and the extraction was at 11 am its 5:20 and I'm hurtin bad. Lotta blood still pouring under the denture he pushed in my mouth. HELP I'm hurt! What do I do?
