I'm looking for a specific Blaise/Harry fanfiction from fanfiction.net.?

Sometime last year, i read a Harry Potter fanfiction story with Blaise/Harry as the main pairing. I can't remember the name, author, or what I put down to specify the search. In the story, Vernon called a man after he found a series of tattoos on Harry's back. Harry was raised as an in and become the heir to the in Lord. Before he went to Hogwarts, he saved Blaise's younger sister, Bella, who began to try to hook Harry up with Blaise. In Hogwarts, Harry was sorted into Slytherin. Later in the story, it was revealed that the in Lord was Regulus Black. The last chapter of the story explained the submissive and dominant roles, the different meanings for the envelope colors, and the blade meanings. Other assassins in the story included Draco, Sirius, Neville, Severus (Snape), and Lily (Harry's mother). Can anyone help me?
