Are the Knicks giving up too much for Carmelo?

i think the knicks are giving up too much good players for carmelo. they are offering gallinari,felton and chandler and mozgov. isnt that too much plus the knicks are already the highest scoring team in the league, plus felton is a good point guard in dantoni system. what do you think?
