Can anyone help me out?
Okay, I basically suck at any sport imaginable. I am a vegetarian, so I i have a hard time getting protein... i am not flexible, I have no upper body strength... at all, i got one push up for the school fitness test... I am okay in the legs, but its not like i can run a 7 min mile... i usually get about 9 min 30 secs... anyways, i cant throw, i CANNOT catch, i cant kick a ball very far... and i get really discouraged in school when people yell at me for sucking. I almost did online homeschooling just so i wouldnt have to go to gym, so can anyone give any advice on how to get better? I run on the treadmill for an hour everyday, and do 2 sets of crunches, but i dont know what else to do.
