Facial hair...........?

so im 16, my facial hair started to grow around 11 but if was only like that baby fluff stuff but this year it has really started to grow properly. i have just one question, theirs this baby hair/fluff stuff (again) on my check bones, as you know people don't grow facial on the check bones right? i am scared to shave it off in case the hair starts to grow back as real facial hair and i'd look like a right freak with facial hair growing around my eyes, normally the facial hair stops under the check bones right? or as its baby fluff stuff once shaven will it just never come back again?
