Omar Chavez vs Marco Nazareth?

So for those of you who don't follow mexican boxing you should know that last Saturdays fight of Chavez vs. Nazareth ended with Nazareth loosing by TKO. He complained of feeling dizzy and then fainted in the ring and got carried out in a stretcher. He died due to a cerebral hemorrhage from so many hits he took from Chavez. so what do you guys think about this? should there be new rules in place for how many hits a boxer should be allowed to take to the head or was this one of the many misfortunes that occur in boxing every year?
