Please someone cheer me up and encourage me?
i think you need to get out of the house, and go for a walk. its surprisingly easy to wallow in depression, you have to make conscious and deliberate steps to do things that are proven to improve your mood, even though you feel horrid and think you are only 'going through the motions' these things will make you feel better. excersise, good food. talking to others. if you think you have seasonal affective disorder go for 5 min on a sunbed, this is proven to help in cases of SAD. major studies show that writing down 5 things you are grateful for every day helps immensely with mood. try these things for a week. above all know that depression is terrible but you are alive, you have a roof over your head and food to eat. life seems immense and confusing at times when you are young but moods and feelings are temporary- there are good times ahead. good luck!
