Second piercing keeps getting infected, no matter how many times I disinfect it. HELP PLEASE?

My friend pierced my second hole a while ago, and it's really infected. I take the earing out everyday, and take a Q-tip and dip it in disinfectent and clean it everyday. But everytime I take out the earing, goo comes out. what am i doing wrong?
