TSA Job offer issues.....Please Help!?

I already ped my CBT and now i'm trying to accept my contingent offer online through the Candidate Dashboard but the same thing pops up when I put in my information "User account doesn't exist, or user data entered is invalid" I've tried several different things. I also emailed the help desk with the same question but they sent me back an email about the CBT and how to register. If anybody knows another way to accept the offer please let me know. Thank You!
