Why is my mom so irresponsible?

I have horrible dandruff, but my mom will not take me to the doctor. Every time I ask, she gets mad at me. Every time I tried a different shampoo for it, I had to secretely go to the pharmacy after school to buy it. My mom will not take me to the pharmacy. Since my mom will not let me have allowance, I had to smuggle my lunch money to my secret hidin. And now, shes going to make me go to a tutor cause she saw me watching a youtube video. Its weird to think that she will drive that much (almost as much as the doctors) just to get me miserable ( I work enough already, im in highschool and im busy as hell). I cant go to the counselor at school cause she will get mad at me for doing that. What the hell should I do?
