My eyes are swollen. They're almost swollen shut :(?

I bought some eyeliner yesterday "Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner" to be exact. I wore it for a few hours, then I came home and washed my face and took a nap for about 3 hours. I just woke like 30 minutes ago, and I woke with my eyes all swollen. Also, my skin is burning in the corner of my eye. Did I have an allergic reaction? What eyeliner should I buy to avoid this :(
